Esteban - ( Adrian R'Mante )



Esteban is the hard working bellhop. He may not be a main character, but he is definitely a favorite with many fans. He has had a difficult life. He came to America to find his place in "the land of opportunities". The Tipton Hotel provides him with a nice home and enough money to be able to help his father back home. His loyalty lies with Mr. Moseby, but he sometimes gets caught up in Zack and Cody's mishaps. He is almost like the big brother that they never had.



Max - ( Alyson Stoner )



When Zack and Cody first met Max, they assumed she was "he"! Max is a total tomboy. She may be tough, but that girl can dance better than the best of them. She is smart, funny, and quick witted. As time passes, we begin to see more and more that it is impossible to resist her charm, at least it seems that Zack is starting to see it that way during the basketball/kiss episode! ( And yes, she is "that girl from the Missy Elliot video" and JamXkids)



Tapeworm - ( Dennis Bendersky )



Tapeworm is Max's best friend. He got his nickname because he is tall and thin but has no problem making a full plate of finger sandwiches disappear quickly. He is generally quiet but does add his fair share of comic relief.



Ilsa Schiklegoobermeyger - ( Caroline Rhea )



Ilsa is the Hotel Inspector (later on the manager of the rival Hotel). This role is a far cry from Caroline's role on "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" where she was the loving yet offbeat aunt. Here, Ilsa is a violent, nasty woman who will stop at nothing to ensure that Mr. Moseby loses his job and that the Tipton Hotel is condemned!



Muriel - ( Estelle Harris)

Muriel is the proverbial "old maid". She somehow manages to keep her job at the Tipton Hotel although we rarely see her actually working! Sure, she always makes herself look busy, but generally she is eating, sleeping, or just plain avoiding the task at hand. Always willing to cooperate (for the right price or if it can make life easier for her) she doesn't hesitate to let her opinions be heard.
